Some purists might call me a wuss for bailing on the film plan, but I consider myself an improviser.
Since I started working with the amazing folks at Feast Magazine this August, I have yet to encounter an assignment that isn’t both a challenge and a total blast to shoot. This was no exception, but not for the reasons you might think.
One light. 10 minutes to set up and style each shot. No assistant. No stylist. No problem.
I will save the gory details of the show for the music journalists in attendance (several reviews should be up soon if not already), but Pokey and Ryan clearly are kindred spirits.
