I can only imagine the onslaught of disappointed visitors that the title of this post is going to attract, but I strive for accuracy in my reporting and when you see the photos below it will all make sense. My apologies to the one-handed web surfers.
Yesterday I had the pleasure honor of accompanying Kelly Gardner of the Food Blog Mafia to a holy Mecca of Meats: Salume Beddu. This newly opened establishment makes and sells a ridiculously delicious array of porcine delights, many of which we sampled as Kelly’s recounts in her blog. You may also remember Kelly from the Pork-A-Palooza wedding reception I photographed in April.
It was a pleasure to work with Kelly again and an absolute joy to meet Mark & Ben, the prodigiously talented meat men behind Salume Beddu.
