All in all, it took nearly 48 hours to build, rig and test the entire production. And that doesn’t include the untold hours of planning, rehearsing and promoting the event.

While I did photograph both sets last night, I focused primarily on the second set. And when I did shoot the first set I was careful to shoot from different angles than I did on opening night to get a greater variety of shots. I also included more audience members in the photos this time around.

The production gets more elaborate every year and the 2010 effort is nothing short of spectacular.
